Mind over matter

Getting started us hard but once you get in a routine it's easy to get in your workout and eat healthy. It's just getting to that point that is hard. This is where you know how mentally you can do anything. Anything!!!!

Starting out running is hard. You get winded, you hurt and it just doesn't feel super natural. But when you put your mind to it you can do anything!!!

I went running yesterday and had to keep telling myself to keep going. Push through the pain, make it to the top of the hill, find the inner strength! It's amazing how much your mind affects your ability to do anything!!

So this week go farther, do more and keep the phrase "I think I can" on your head. You'll be surprised how much more you accomplish!
